Providence Facility Services LLC is a Florida company serving property managers, community associations and commercial owners across South Florida.
We started because the same problem kept repeating: a building needs painting, a floor needs resurfacing, the lobby needs cleaning and a dozen small repairs are outstanding — and that means four vendors, four schedules, four invoices and nobody who owns the result.
Providence covers those four trades with one team. You approve one scope, we coordinate one schedule, and one person is accountable from the walk-through to the final sign-off.
